Tanzia is a policy and programs strategist with more than a decade of experience leading complex, cross-sector projects, advocacy campaigns, and community initiatives.

Her career began as a civil engineer, managing land development and water infrastructure projects. This experience strengthened her ability to distill complex challenges into clear and accessible solutions. Today, her work spans nonprofit leadership, government project management, and grassroots community organizing. By integrating technical analysis and community-centered storytelling, she develops compelling narratives that inform equitable solutions.

Across these roles, she has helped strengthen networks of over 45 mission-aligned organizations and mobilized more than 3,200 people toward meaningful collective action. With her strengths in strategic communication and data-driven advocacy, Tanzia is committed to prioritizing the immediate needs of the communities she serves and advancing systemic reforms.
